Just like stray dogs, stray cats are a big problem in Romania. Uncontrolled populations lead to overwhelming numbers of animals out on the streets. Despite the adoption efforts, sanctuaries are still needed.
This gift will enable ROLDA to care for many cats and even reach out to other rescues, providing shelter, food, testing, treatment, and quarantining services for these animals.
