ROLDA is an internationally supported charity working in Romania to solve humanely, efficiently and responsibly the appalling problem of the country’s million strays. Our keys focuses are rescue, rehabilitation, rehoming, spray/neuter, social programs and education.
ROLDA campaigns nationally for animal rights and provides humanitarian aid during disasters like the war in Ukraine.
ROLDA affiliates are registered as tax-exempt nonprofit organizations in several countries. Depending on where you reside, your donation may qualify for a tax deduction or benefit.
IN THE UNITED STATES
Romanian League in Defense of Animals, Inc (ROLDA USA) is registered as a 501-c-3 non profit organization. Contributions made by US supporters to ROLDA USA are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by the law. The ROLDA’s Tax Identification number is 32-0176929.
IN UK
ROLDA UK is registered as CIO, Reg. No. 1162690. Donations made by British supporters in GBP currency are tax exempt and Gift Aid can be claimed.
