ROLDA doesn’t receive public, governmental funding. We operate in one of the poorest regions of Romania, 8 km from the Ukraine border. ROLDA offers a humane, effective solution to reduce the overwhelming number of homeless dogs and cats, and to prevent abandonment and abuse.
